Free shipping promotions apply only to U.K. orders unless otherwise stated.
International orders are not included in free shipping offers.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

  • After payment verification, processing may take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • For Overnight or Next-Day delivery options, orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. CET.

Responsibility for Packages

Outerr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 days

  • Estimated delivery to the U.K.: 7–10 days

  • Estimated delivery to the EU: 10–14 days

Some orders may not include a “Track Your Order” option.
