Refund Policy

At Outerr, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide excellent customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines below.


1. General Return Policy

  • Sale items cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.

  • Return shipping is free on your first return request only.

  • For additional return requests, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Exchanges for size or color will have free reshipping from us.


2. Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be notified.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee and the cost to resend the package.

  • If you choose to cancel the order instead, the refund will be issued minus all shipping charges.


3. Return Authorization Required

All returns must have an approved Return Authorization from Outerr.
Items returned without authorization, worn items, or items without tags may be rejected.

4. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

Important: After your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 1–3 days. Returns shipped after 3 days may not be accepted.


5. Delivered but “Missing” Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you claim the item was not received:

  • The order will be considered delivered.

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided.

Outerr is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


6. Right to Cancel (14 Days)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To cancel, email us with a clear statement of your request:
support@outerr.store

If the product has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order until it is returned.

To meet the 14-day deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the period expires.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Orders shipped outside the EU/EEA (for cancellation rights)


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.


9. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approving your cancellation request.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

You are responsible for:

  • The direct cost of returning the goods

  • Providing a valid tracking number for the return

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, features, or functioning.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
